Governor Mangubhai Patel hoisted the flag at Rajbhawan

A dignified ceremony was organized at Rajbhawan on the occasion of national festival Independence Day. Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel hoisted the flag at the ceremony. Independence was celebrated by releasing tricolour balloons in the open sky. The police band played the national anthem at the ceremony. Governor Shri Patel wished the officers and employees of the Rajbhawan Secretariat a Happy Independence Day. He released tricolour balloons in the open sky along with small children. Sweets were distributed to children and employees. It is noteworthy that Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel today attended the Independence Day celebrations at Rajbhawan wearing Madhya Pradesh’s famous handicraft art “a turban made of Chanderi cloth”.
