Collector, SSP took stock of the preparations for Republic Day

Jashpurnagar 24 January 2025: The final rehearsal was held today at Ranjita Stadium in district headquarters Jashpur to celebrate Republic Day on 26 January in a dignified manner. In this, group parade, band, exercise performance, group dance and cultural programs were presented. Collector Mr. Rohit Vyas and SSP Mr. Shashi Mohan Singh attended today’s final rehearsal program. Deputy Collector Mr. Vishwas Rao Maske was in the role of chief guest, during this time everyone inspected the minute to minute preparations of the Republic Day program. Under the leadership of Chief Parade Commander Reserve Inspector Amarjeet Khunte, Two IC Sub Inspector Khomraj Thakur, ten contingents of Chhattisgarh Armed Force, District Police Force Men, District Police Force Women, City Army Men, City Army Women, NCC Senior, NCC Junior Boys, NSS Girls, Saraswati Shishu Mandir School, Girls Sports Complex, Saint Xavier Shanti Bhavan students and band teams conducted the final rehearsal parade of the Republic Day celebrations. The school children rehearsed attractive PT parade and cultural programs and Malkham.
During the inspection, the Collector has given instructions to follow the instructions given by the government. In the rehearsal, the arrival of the chief guest, flag hoisting, march past and salute, reading of the Chief Minister’s message to the public, cultural programs, prize distribution etc. were rehearsed. Commerce and Industry, Labor Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan will hoist the flag in the main function and take the salute of the parade in the Republic Day district level main function on 26 January 2025. Following the guidelines set by the government, the collector gave necessary instructions to all the officials concerned to celebrate the program in a dignified and simple manner. Instructions have been given to the concerned officials to make proper arrangements for seating, drinking water, electricity and other arrangements at the main Republic Day celebration venue. District Panchayat CEO Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Additional Collector Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Anil Soni, Jashpur SDM Mr. Omkar Yadav along with top officials of the administration and police department were present in the final rehearsal of the Republic Day celebrations. The program was conducted by Mr. D R Rathiya, Mr. Jayesh Saurabh Topno.
