Fairs connect us with the past and increase harmony: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the fair culture connects us with the past, which strengthens the feeling of harmony. The joy of swinging together in a palanquin and tasting various dishes is unprecedented. Such events are being encouraged by the state government. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Bhojpal Mahotsav organized at BHEL Dussehra Ground, Bhopal.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav himself tasted Malwa’s Garad and other delicacies at the fair. Expressing his gratitude to the shopkeepers for the welcome extended to him at the fair premises, he enquired from them about the arrangements made at the fair and assured them that the arrangements will be made even better.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that if we do not praise Lord Shri Ram and Lord Krishna and all other gods and goddesses on this earth, then where will we do it. We are the carriers of that culture in whose every pore Rama resides. We will not make any compromise for the system of this Sanatan Dharma. This is the joy of our culture.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Lord Shri Ram is smiling in Ayodhya. In the coming days, Krishna Kanhaiya will smile near Yamuna ji. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that remember the incidents of Raja Bhoj who has made a high place in every field of history, culture, art, war, battlefield on the strength of his intellectual ability. Raja Bhoj is seen in every field. It is our good fortune. Raja Bhoj was the one who demonstrated the ability to defeat big powers at once. Raja Bhoj was a generous person and a big hearted person. To honor the poets, he used to gift them a brick of gold each. Our ideals are rulers like Raja Bhoj and Emperor Vikramaditya.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav paid floral tribute to the statue of Raja Bhoj installed in the fair grounds. He also inaugurated and visited the development exhibition organized by the Public Relations Department in the fair, which displayed the progress made in various fields in the state.

Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has continuously worked for the development and welfare of Madhya Pradesh. We cooperate and support such events.

Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minorities, Smt. Krishna Gaur said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has just returned from Indore and has come directly to the fair grounds. All the citizens present here are feeling proud that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has returned from UK and Germany with an investment proposal of Rs. 78 thousand crores for Madhya Pradesh. Smt. Gaur said that for the last 9 years, this fair has become the biggest fair festival of the country.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed with a shower of flowers on reaching the fair site. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the bhajan evening by lighting the lamp. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by presenting garlands and trident on behalf of the committee. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav welcomed and honored the famous bhajan singer Shahnaz Akhtar who came from Jabalpur and also enjoyed the bhajans sung by her. Fair Committee Chairman Mr. Sunil Yadav and Convener Vikas Virani also addressed the program. A large number of citizens including Mr. Ashish Agarwal, Mr. Rajendra Yadav were present in the program.
