Ensure that e-office system is implemented in all departments: Chief Secretary Jain

Bhopal. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain held a meeting with the heads of departments, managing directors of corporations and boards in the ministry on Friday and gave necessary guidelines regarding making Madhya Pradesh developed. Mr. Jain told the officers that all of you are important parts of the government. It is your responsibility to implement the schemes and follow the rules and get good results.

Chief Secretary Mr. Jain directed to ensure that e-office system is implemented in all departments by January 1, 2025. E-office will bring transparency and dynamism in the functioning. Work will be done within the time limit. The Chief Secretary said that all departmental officers should remain upgraded with technology.

Follow up investment proposals to increase investment

Chief Secretary Mr. Jain said that to make Madhya Pradesh developed, find new sources of income. To increase investment in the state, keep in constant touch with investors and maintain your activeness. Keep making continuous efforts for the implementation of investment proposals. Mr. Jain obtained information regarding the problems being faced in the implementation of the cases pending in the court, Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Maternity Assistance Yojana, Sambal Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) Yojana and other schemes being run in the state. He said that coordination and communication should be done among themselves to solve the problems.

Get e-KYC of farmers done by running a campaign

Chief Secretary Mr. Jain directed to promptly resolve the complaints and pending complaints coming in the CM Helpline and get e-KYC of farmers done by running a campaign under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
