Education, health and employment are the pillars of development: Deputy Chief Minister Shukla

BHOPAL: Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla has said that education, health and employment are the strong bases for the overall development of any region. Proper education leads to skill development, and skill is the root of employment and self-reliance. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is moving on the path of unprecedented development, and under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is progressing rapidly in every field. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that investments are coming to Madhya Pradesh from the country and abroad through Global Investor Summit, Regional Industry Conclave and Sectoral Investment Conclave. This is creating a large number of jobs, and promoting MSME, textile, pharma, logistics, tourism and agriculture based industries. He said that today Madhya Pradesh stands in the row of leading developing states of the country.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla attended the ‘Sushiksha Madhya Pradesh’ program of a private media group. He shared detailed information about the schemes for strengthening health services, expansion of medical education and manpower development. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla honored the institutions that made excellent contribution in the field of education. Doctors should come forward to serve in rural areas with social responsibility Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that health services are being strengthened in rural and urban areas. Through telemedicine services, consultation services of specialist doctors are now being made available even in remote areas of the state. Due to this, rural citizens are getting better treatment in their nearest health institutions. The Deputy Chief Minister said that as per the plan of the state government, more than 5,000 MBBS seats and more than 2,500 PG seats are being increased in the coming years. This will significantly improve the availability of doctors in the state. He emphasized that newly educated doctors should come forward to serve in rural areas with social responsibility.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that green, industrial and tourism revolution is happening simultaneously in the state, which is creating jobs. Development is being ensured in every field through well-organized and coordinated efforts under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that there is continuous progress in the field of technology, medical and higher education in both government and private sectors in the state. To strengthen the medical infrastructure, new equipment is being supplied and medical manpower is also being recruited on a large scale. Senior officials of the media group, representatives of educational institutions, educationists were present.
