E-commerce platform increased the pace of purchases

According to the report, 59 percent believe that good goods are available at low prices on e-commerce. That’s why they shop. 59 percent people go because of the facilities. 56% said that they find it convenient to return items if they don’t have the items of their choice. 51% shop because they get special offers. 7% said that their shopping experience is good.

45% people order groceries from Quick Commerce

In the survey, 45% people said that they order groceries from Quick Commerce because its delivery is quick. 49% people in metros and 47% people in tier-1 cities order items from Quick Commerce. 50% women also use this platform. 43% men use it.
