Don’t Mix These 3 Things in Your Tea, It Can Be Like Slow Poison

You probably eagerly await your morning cup of tea, but according to Ayurveda, adding these three things to your tea can make it act like slow poison, leading to not one or two, but ten different illnesses. Tea is a drink that most people can’t imagine starting their day without. A cup of morning tea can make you feel refreshed. It’s also the first thing we offer to guests. We grab a cup of hot tea at a stall when we want to chat with friends. But did you know that adding these three things to your tea can make it dangerous? Ayurveda considers these three things harmful to tea. Drinking them together can lead to ten different autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Robin Sharma recently posted a video on Instagram explaining what we should avoid adding to our tea. He suggests that this kind of tea should only be given to your enemies! He explains that adding milk and sugar makes tea unhealthy, so you should never drink tea with milk and sugar. Some people use jaggery instead of sugar, but that can also be harmful. Adding jaggery to tea increases the risk of digestive problems and diabetes. So, you should never add these three things to your tea. According to Ayurveda, some food combinations with tea can act like poison. Dr. Robin says you should never eat salty snacks, samosas, or chaat with tea. You should also avoid parathas with tea, especially those made with packaged flour. He also mentions that many people drink shakes made with milk, bananas, jaggery, and chickpeas, believing it’s a good source of protein. But this combination can increase the risk of autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases include Type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, Graves’ disease, myasthenia gravis, celiac disease, and pernicious anemia.
