Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla made a courtesy call on Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri Naidu

Bhopal: Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla paid a courtesy call on Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu in New Delhi. On this occasion, they had a meaningful discussion on the expansion of air services in the Vindhya region. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla apprised Union Minister Shri Naidu of the need for regular flights through ATR-72 aircraft from Rewa to major cities like Indore, Hyderabad, Delhi and Prayagraj and the expectations of the general public.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that establishing air connectivity to these metros from Rewa Airport will give new impetus to regional trade, education, tourism and health services and the entire Vindhya region including Rewa will get proper place in inclusive development. Union Minister Shri Naidu assured to issue necessary guidelines on the suggestions and demands presented.
