Deepika revealed, said- I have never given an audition in Bollywood till date

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has a distinct identity for herself not only in India but all over the world. Apart from Indian cinema, he has also worked in international cinema. Recently Deepika was seen talking openly about the rise of Indian cinema across the world.
Deepika Padukone had recently said, ‘It is not that we did not make good films earlier. We have always been working on good stories. Yes, it is another matter that now the western world is looking at our work with generosity.

Indian film ‘All We Imagine as Light’ has won the Grand Prix award at the recently held Cannes 2024. This statement given by Deepika after winning this award has become timely. Deepika further says, ‘I don’t think we have made any significant changes in cinema. We used to work on interesting stories earlier also and are doing so even now.

Talking about her journey from Bollywood to Hollywood, Deepika Padukone says, ‘I never auditioned for any of my films in Bollywood. I have learned everything by going on the set. Yes, I have definitely given auditions for Hollywood films.
