Decision taken in corporation meeting, action will be taken against cable operators without permission
Raipur. As per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, in the third floor meeting room of Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, the headquarters of Municipal Corporation Raipur, Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Vinod Pandey met the Municipal Corporation’s Municipal Investor Nishikant Verma, Municipal Investment Assistant Engineers of all zones, Sub Engineers along with Reliance Jio, India. Sanchar Nigam Limited, Grand Vision, A.T. Necessary meeting was taken in the presence of representatives of C. Telecom. In the meeting, the Additional Commissioner, keeping in mind the possibility of inconvenience to the general public and accidents due to the haphazard installation of cables in various areas of the capital city Raipur, has asked all the telecom operators, internet service providers and cable operators to organize the cables and remove the unorganized ones. Instructions have been given to arrange the cables within 02 days. Also, the engineers of all the zones present in the meeting were instructed to mark the cables installed without permission and take action as per rules against their companies.
