Corporation Water Department spraying STP treated wastewater at ISBT main road Bhatgaon to improve air quality
Raipur – On the instructions of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, in compliance with the instructions given in the meeting of Air Quality Monitoring Cell last day, the Water Department of Raipur Municipal Corporation sprayed STP treated wastewater through tanker to improve air quality at ISBT main road Bhatgaon in the capital city. Executive Engineer of Corporation Water Department Nar Singh Farendra directly observed the said work.
As per the instructions given in the meeting of Air Quality Monitoring Cell, treated wastewater at STP is being sprayed in the corporation’s STP to improve air quality in the highly dusty main roads in the city. Wastewater treated at STP is also being sprayed through tanker to improve air quality in GE Road main road in front of AIIMS Hospital Tatiband. It is proposed as per instructions that the Corporation Water Department should make a route chart and spray wastewater treated at STP on the identified highly dusty main roads to improve air quality.
