Complete departmental recruitment and equipment purchase on time: Deputy Chief Minister Shukla

Bhopal: Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla seriously considered the pending demands of contract health employees in the Public Health and Medical Education Department at the Secretariat, Bhopal and directed the concerned officials to take appropriate action. Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that the problems of contract workers should be resolved on priority, so that there is no hindrance in health services. He directed that the recruitment process for departmental vacancies should be completed in a timely manner with transparency. Deputy Chief Minister Shukla was reviewing various departmental subjects.

Deputy Chief Minister Shukla reviewed the infrastructure development works and directed that all construction works should be completed within the stipulated time frame. He also directed to speed up the process of purchasing necessary equipment for health institutions, so that better medical facilities can be made available to the patients. Principal Secretary Public Health and Medical Education Sandeep Yadav, Managing Director of National Health Mission Dr. Saloni Sidana and departmental officers were present in the review meeting.
