Commissioner Vishwadeep gave strict instructions to improve cleanliness and system in the city

Raipur – Today, in the weekly TL meeting, Municipal Corporation Raipur Commissioner Vishwadeep has instructed the officers to take action against C&D waste seen on the roads at many places in the city by running a campaign in all the zones and to seize the building construction materials from the roads and impose road obstruction fee fine on the concerned building owners. The Commissioner has instructed to seize the building construction materials from the roads in maximum quantity and ensure that they are sent to the C&D plant in Jarwai. He has asked to instruct the contractors to take action to send the building construction materials to the C&D plant. The Commissioner has instructed the officers to take action by running a campaign in cases of illegal plotting and illegal construction. The Commissioner has instructed to survey the big buildings and take action to ensure systematic vehicle parking arrangements on the ground floor by instructing the building owners as per the rules. The Commissioner has instructed all the zone commissioners to improve the system of zone offices and to make arrangements to ensure that the work of the common people coming there is done at the zone level. The Commissioner has directed all the Zone Commissioners to reach the office at 10 am on working days and to ensure that all zone officers and employees are present on duty by 10 am.

The Commissioner has directed to ensure prompt and prompt redressal of public complaints received from Chief Minister Jandarshan, Collector Janchaupal, Nidan 1100, public representatives and general public as per rules. The Commissioner has directed the officers and employees to discharge administrative responsibilities on time, maintain good behaviour and conduct with the general public, listen to public problems carefully and try to get them resolved as far as possible. The Commissioner has asked the Zone Officers to pay special attention to keeping the squares and intersections of all main roads clean and beautiful, maintaining cleanliness of ponds and gardens, so that the general public continues to get proper benefits of city development works in an easy manner. The Commissioner has directed to identify the places affected by possible water crisis in summer and ensure smooth water supply to the citizens through water tankers as per practical requirement. Sharma, Mrs. Krishna Khatik, Chief Engineer U.K. Dhalendra, Superintending Engineer Sanjay Bagde, General Manager (Technical) of Raipur Smart City Limited Pankaj Kumar Panchayati, Deputy Commissioners Dr. Divya Chandvanshi, Jasdev Singh Babra, Health Officer Dr. Tripti Panigrahi, City Investor Aabhas Mishra, all zone commissioners, executive engineers, officers in charge of all departments were present in the meeting.
