Today, Municipal Corporation Raipur Commissioner Abinash Mishra, in the presence of Municipal Corporation MIC member and Indira Gandhi Ward Councilor Suresh Channawar, Zone 2 Zone Commissioner Dr. R.K. Dongre and zone officials, directly observed the old pond area of Jora Para area under Indira Gandhi Ward under Zone 2. The said pond has already been completely filled. Drains have been built all around to prevent dirty water from entering the pond area. So that dirty water does not enter the said pond area.
During the inspection, Commissioner Abinash Mishra has directed the zone officials to take necessary administrative action soon to develop the said old pond area of Jorapara in a beautiful manner as an oxygen zone area in the interest of society for environmental protection. With this, the said old pond area will be developed beautifully and will prove helpful in the direction of environmental protection.
