Raipur – Today, as per the instructions of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra directly observed the arrangements of Gokul Nagar Gauthan and Godhan Kendra falling under the area of Municipal Corporation Zone 6 in the presence of Municipal Corporation Zone 6 Zone Commissioner Ramesh Jaiswal, Executive Engineer Atul Chopra. As per the previous approval, the construction work of boundary wall is in progress in the Municipal Corporation’s Gokul Nagar Gauthan. Commissioner Abinash Mishra observed the ongoing work of boundary wall construction. The Commissioner inspected the arrangement of the shed already constructed in Gokul Nagar Gauthan. Sheds have been built in the Gauthan for the protection of mother cow and cows. As per the previous approval, the process of expansion of Gokul Nagar Gauthan is in progress. Under this, arrangements for keeping 700 cows simultaneously in the Gauthan are being made as per the previous approval. The Commissioner saw the arrangements of cow dung cakes being made at the Godhan Kendra. The Commissioner expressed satisfaction over the operation and maintenance of Gokul Nagar Gauthan and asked to operate and maintain it in a systematic manner on a continuous basis.
