Commissioner Abinash Mishra gave instructions to take action against illegal plotting and illegal constructions
Raipur. Today, Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Raipur, Abinash Mishra, visited various zones in different places of the capital city Raipur and did this in the presence of Chief Engineer U.K. Dhalendra, Chief Engineer Rajesh Rathore, City Investor Abhas Mishra, Zone 4 Commissioner Arun Dhruv, Zone 10 Commissioner Rakesh Sharma, Executive Engineer Amrit Mission Anshul Sharma, Executive Engineer Planning Anshul Sharma, Pradeep Yadav, Shekhar Singh, Dinesh Sinha, Assistant Engineer Ashutosh Singh, Nitish Jha, Deepak Devangan, Yogesh Yadav and related sub-engineers. Commissioner Abinash Mishra expressed his deep displeasure over the increasing illegal plotting and illegal construction in the city and directed all the zone commissioners and executive engineers including city investment engineers to immediately get the information of the actual land owner from the tehsil office in all cases of illegal plotting and get a named FIR registered for legal action against the illegal plotters as per the procedure and ensure effective curb on illegal plotting on priority. The commissioner has directed to effectively curb illegal constructions in the city, ensure strict action by giving notice to the concerned illegal builders as per the procedure in all cases.
During the inspection, the commissioner took information in the case of construction done by building owner Surinder Kaur Minhas near Canal Linking Road in Ravi Nagar under Municipal Corporation Zone 4 area against map approval and immediately gave instructions to take strict action by giving notice to the concerned builder as per the rules and immediately stop the construction work at the site. The commissioner inspected Boriyakhurd Dunda, Kamal Vihar etc. areas and inquired about the cases of illegal constructions and directed the concerned officers to take strict action as per rules by giving immediate notice to the concerned. The commissioner inquired about the progress of action regarding redressal of claims and objections received after taking applications as per the order of Raipur District Administration in New Swagat Vihar and directed to take further action as per the procedure as per rules as per the directions of District Administration Raipur.
