Collector gave basic mantras to parents and teachers to relieve children’s stress before the board exam results

Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, while addressing the parents and teachers in the stress management workshop for school children today at Shaheed Smarak Bhawan, said that they should not put pressure on children for the examination results. It is necessary for parents to behave in a friendly manner with children. Create a better environment at home to keep children’s minds fresh during exams. In today’s time, maturity among children has increased due to the advent of digital content. All children have different talents. Understand their talents and enhance them. So that they do not feel pressured to deviate from their basic instincts. Collector Dr. Singh said that before the examination results, children should be taken out of the stressful environment. Make children study regularly. Do not pressure foster children to study. Be friendly. Also, make children practice reading any content in writing. Make it a habit for children to exercise in their daily routine. Apart from this, children should have healthy relationships between their parents. This reduces stress in children. Parents need to be role models for children. To take children out of a stressful environment, give them the opportunity to pursue hobbies. This will enhance their natural talents. On this occasion, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, District Panchayat CEO Vishwadeep and District Education Officer Vijay Khandelwal along with teachers and parents were present.

Participate in essay competition
Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh said that an essay competition should be organized for children before the results of the board examinations. An essay competition should be organized on the topic of country’s role in the Lok Sabha elections. Children who write better essays will be given the opportunity to have tea with the collector.
