Class 8 MP Board Math Paper Goes Viral – Authorities to Decide on Exam Cancellation

MP Board Class 8th Exam: Math Question Paper Leak Creates Chaos, Delayed Start at Some Centers

Bhopal (MP Board 8th Exam) – The Madhya Pradesh Board conducted the Class 5th and 8th Mathematics exam on Tuesday. The exam was scheduled to start at 2 PM, but just an hour before, reports surfaced about the question paper being leaked in districts like Sagar, Dindori, Gwalior, and Bhopal. Following these reports, officials immediately halted the distribution of question papers at exam centers. Later, it was confirmed that the leaked paper belonged to the Class 8th Mathematics exam. To verify the authenticity, officials cross-checked the distributed papers, causing a delay of about 15 minutes in the exam’s commencement. Meanwhile, in some rural centers, objective-type questions were reportedly solved on blackboards, raising further concerns. Around 25 lakh students across the state appeared for the exam, including nearly 68,000 students in Bhopal across 246 centers.

Delayed Paper Distribution in Old Bhopal Centers

Amidst the confusion, some exam centers in old Bhopal faced disruptions. The distribution of question papers was temporarily stopped at certain education centers, leading to a 15-minute delay in handing them out to students. However, District Project Coordinator OP Sharma denied any claims of a paper leak, stating that the exam was conducted smoothly and without any issues.
