Chief Secretary Mr. Jain inspected the venue of Global Investor Summit

Bhopal: Chief Secretary Anurag Jain inspected the venue of the Global Investors Summit to be held in February at Indira Gandhi Manav Sangrahalaya and took stock of all the related arrangements and gave necessary guidelines. Chief Secretary Jain got information about the arrangements being made for the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is coming to inaugurate the Global Investors Summit, and gave instructions. He said that the security arrangements should be tight during the arrival of the Prime Minister and the protocol should be ensured to be followed. He also instructed to make a comprehensive plan for traffic management at the venue. He also instructed to make a systematic plan to easily transport the invited VIPs and delegates to the venue.

The Chief Secretary instructed to pay special attention to the arrangements for various sessions in the Global Investors Summit, the facilities being prepared at the venue, proper facilities for different sectors and guests.

Instructed to make every possible arrangement to welcome the investors and representatives coming from the country and abroad in the summit and make proper arrangements for them and to ensure that international representatives and investors get a positive experience during the event. The Chief Secretary said that all preparations related to the program and the venue should be completed within the time limit.

During this, DGP Kailash Makwana, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Urban Development and Housing Sanjay Shukla, Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Raghavendra Singh, MD MP Industrial Development Corporation Chandramouli Shukla, Commissioner Public Relations Dr. Sudam Khade, Commissioner Bhopal Division Sanjeev Singh, Police Commissioner Harinarayanchari Mishra, Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh and other senior officers were present.
