Raipur 16 May 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the Samadhan Camp organized in Sector Sitagaon of village Sitagaon under Manpur development block of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki district. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in charge of the district Vijay Sharma, Chief Minister Principal Secretary Subodh Singh were also present with him. Under the third phase of Sushasan Tihar, 08 gram panchayats of the area, Sitagaon, Madanwada, Karekatta, Halanjur, Hureli, Kandadi, Kohka, Halora Gram Panchayat were included as clusters in the Samadhan Camp today. The Chief Minister directly interacted with the beneficiaries of 08 Gram Panchayats of the cluster and inquired about the schemes of the government and listened to their problems. Chief Minister Sai said in his address that Sushasan Tihar 2025 is being celebrated in the entire state. It has been 1.5 years since our government took charge, during this time we have continuously reached out to the public and assessed the impact and benefits of the schemes. So far more than 40 lakh applications have been received in this Sushasan Tihar, which were resolved by the officials in the second phase for 20 days. Currently the third phase of Samadhan camps is being organized.
The Chief Minister said that our government is reaching any area without prior notice and setting up Chaupal and listening to the problems of the people by directly communicating with them. This government is working with the spirit of transparency and public participation. The Chief Minister also informed that after the formation of the government in the state, 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas have been approved, out of which 15 thousand special houses have been approved for Naxal-affected areas. The benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana is being given to all eligible sisters, and those whose names are not linked will be added soon. He said that the government has purchased paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal. Now the process of transfer will also be automatically completed with land registry. Right relinquishment is now done for just Rs 500. Atal Digital Seva Kendras have been established in 1460 gram panchayats of the state, which will be expanded to all gram panchayats in the next one year. The Chief Minister said that the Tribal Museum established in Naya Raipur is an important step towards the preservation of tribal culture. The state government is constantly trying to end Naxalism and a target has been set to completely end it by March 2026.
Major announcements of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai on this occasion –
1. Sitagaon Sub Health Center will be upgraded as Primary Health Center.
2. Bus stand and hostel will be constructed in Mohla.
3. Sitagaon High School will be upgraded to Higher Secondary School.
4. 132 KV substation will be established in Ambagarh Chowki area.
Along with this, in the Samadhan camp organized under Sushasan Tihar, the Chief Minister benefited the eligible beneficiaries by distributing material. In which nets were distributed to the beneficiaries by the Fisheries Department. Ration cards were distributed to the beneficiaries by the Food Department. Beneficiaries were given the key to happiness under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Beneficiaries were benefited under Swachh Bharat Mission and Swachhata Didi were also honored. Beneficiaries of the pension scheme were also benefited. Meritorious students of the area were also rewarded by the Chief Minister. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, while interacting with the people in the Samadhan camp, said that the government is working seriously to resolve the problems of the people and fulfill their demands. For this, the problems of the people are being resolved by taking applications from a month in advance and testing them. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai himself is visiting the Samadhan camps and investigating the resolution of people’s problems at the field level. Sharma said that for the convenience of the people, revolutionary changes have been brought in the process of land registration, transfer and relinquishment of rights. Now people do not need to roam from place to place with papers. The transfer will happen automatically as soon as the registration is done. The government has taken great care of women and the poor through Mahtari Vandan Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Due to the efforts of the Central Government and the State Government, the state is continuously getting great success in eliminating Naxalism from North to South.
Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki A total of 25 camps have been organized in 185 gram panchayats and 01 urban body of the district, from which 11 camps have been organized till date. A total of 48007 applications have been received in the district on Sushasan Tihar, in which 47333 demands are there and 674 complaints are there. Till now, resolution of 46466 demands and 610 complaints has been completed, thus 97 percent of the applications have been resolved. Mainly, the maximum number of applications received in the district are related to Pradhan Mantri Awas, individual toilet, individual work under MNREGA, infrastructure construction, Mahtari Vandan Yojna, forest rights lease. Benefits are being provided to the applicants through camps after department-wise scrutiny of applications as per demand and eligibility. So far, 242 MNREGA, 1130 individual toilets, 02 community toilets, 364 pension approvals, 332 ration cards, 294 MNREGA job cards, 24 loan booklets have been distributed in the district, along with 81 Ayushman cards and 30 Vaya Vandan cards have been made and 142 gram panchayats of the district have been declared TB free gram panchayats, out of which 27 have been marked and rewarded as Silver Gram Panchayats and 125 Bronze Gram Panchayats. The camps organized in the district are based on various themes like water conservation, promotion of organic farming and other crop promotion, women empowerment, de-addiction, Digital India. 08 gram panchayats Sitagaon, Madanwada Halanjur, Halora, Hureli, Kandari, Karekatta, Kohka are included in the Sitagaon camp organized today. In which a total of 1785 applications have been received, out of which 1765 are demands and 20 are complaints. Against the received applications, 1750 demands and 20 complaints have been resolved, the remaining 15 applications are being resolved. Under this cluster, there are 336 applications for forest rights lease, 258 for Pradhan Mantri Awas, 247 for ration card. On this occasion, public representatives of the area, administrative officers and a large number of villagers were present.
