‘Life is precious, definitely wear a helmet’: Chief Minister Sai
Raipur 9 May 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, who reached Baldakchar in Balodabazar-Bhatapara district for a surprise inspection of the implementation of government schemes during Sushasan Tihar, gave the message of road safety by making two youths of the village wear helmets with his own hands. He made 24-year-old Dhananjay Patel and 28-year-old Mrs. Hemlata Chandrakar of Baldakchar wear helmets in the Chaupal set up under the banyan tree. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai appealed to all the people present in the camp to compulsorily wear helmets while driving two-wheelers. He said that every person’s life is precious. Helmet protects from serious head injuries in case of an accident while driving on the road. He said that wearing a helmet is not only a compliance with traffic rules, but is also very important for self-protection.
