Raipur, March 30, 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today listened to the 120th episode of the popular monthly radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ presented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the girls of Navgurukul and Leadership Sadhna Center at the Chief Minister’s residence. Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Cabinet Minister Kedar Kashyap, MLA Kiran Dev and MLA Purandar Mishra were present on this occasion. Chief Minister Sai had a heartfelt dialogue with the girls on the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri and wished them for their bright future. He said that the Mann Ki Baat program has become a powerful platform to make the people of the country aware today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi through this program inspires hard work, innovation and positive thinking especially to the students and youth. If we move forward with a positive attitude, then big changes are possible in society and life. Chief Minister Sai, the carrier of Indian culture, innovation and social harmony, said that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is a platform to promote Indian culture, folk traditions and social harmony. He said that this program has become a powerful medium to connect directly with the public, in which the country’s innovation, public participation, inspirational stories, water conservation, yoga, Ayurveda and the contribution of sportspersons and scientists including brave soldiers are highlighted. Chief Minister Sai appealed to the girls to take inspiration from this program and move forward with determination to give shape to their dreams.
Heartfelt meeting with the girls of Navgurukul and Leadership Sadhna Center Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai while interacting with the girls appreciated their hard work and determination. He said that all of you are engaged in preparing for competitive examinations along with technical training. I am confident that all of you daughters will definitely succeed in life. It is a matter of pride for me to be a part of your achievements. The girls also shared their experiences while interacting with Chief Minister Sai and described these special moments spent at the Chief Minister’s residence as memorable. A new flight of technical training and administrative preparation: Ms Renuka Chandan, hostel superintendent of Navgurukul Sansthan, informed that many students from Navgurukul are today working in major IT companies of Bangalore and Hyderabad. Similarly, preparation for CGPSC and other competitive examinations is done at Leadership Sadhna Kendra. The children living here are given free accommodation and food facilities. This year, 11 children from the center have cleared the preliminary examination of PSC and they will now appear in the main examination. It is noteworthy that at the Navgurukul Institute, which is run with the cooperation of Raipur district administration, children are being given training in software development, coding and decoding.
