Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai inaugurated ‘Borneo Mother and Child Care Hospital’
State-of-the-art facilities will be available in the field of maternal and child health
Raipur 29 April 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today formally inaugurated the ‘Borneo Mother and Child Care Hospital’ located at Davda Colony, Pachpedi Naka in the capital Raipur. He inaugurated the hospital by lighting a lamp and visited the premises and observed the available facilities. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, MLA Rajesh Munat, MLA Sunil Soni were present on this occasion. Chief Minister Sai said that education and health infrastructure play an important role in the overall development of any state. Health facilities are expanding rapidly in Chhattisgarh and our government is concerned about the health of every citizen from the capital to the remote areas. Chief Minister Sai said that the state government is developing ‘Medicity’ in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, which will not only make Chhattisgarh mark its strong presence on the health map of the country, but will also promote medical tourism. Chief Minister Sai praised the Ayushman Bharat scheme and said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, historic work has been done in the field of health in the country. At the end of the program, Chief Minister Sai congratulated the management and staff of ‘Borneo Mother and Child Care Hospital’ and expressed hope that this institution will make a significant contribution to social service by providing better health facilities to mothers and newborns.
