Chief Minister Sai’s resolution: Chhattisgarh will become the country’s model state

Chief Minister Sai inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works worth Rs 102 crore in Bemetara district
Raipur 28 July 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that the state government has taken many historic decisions in the last one and a half years, the aim of which is to give top priority to public welfare while moving the state towards overall development. He expressed confidence that these concrete steps will establish Chhattisgarh as an example for the country in the times to come. Chief Minister Sai was addressing a huge public meeting organized at the stadium complex located in Nagar Panchayat Dadhi of Bemetara district today. Chief Minister Sai said that the Chhattisgarh government has brought most of the promises made to the public on the ground in a very short time. He informed that 18 lakh houses have been approved, realizing the dream of the poor to have their own house. Paddy is being purchased from the farmers at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, while the outstanding paddy bonus of the last two years has also been given to the farmers.
Chief Minister Sai said that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, which is being run with the aim of making women self-reliant, 70 lakh women of the state are being given assistance of Rs 1000 per month, which is a revolutionary initiative towards social and economic empowerment. Similarly, Atal Seva Kendras have been established to digitally empower the panchayats, making citizen services accessible at the rural level itself. On this occasion, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 48 development works at a cost of Rs 102 crore in Bemetara district, which includes the inauguration of 22 works worth Rs 35.76 crore and Bhoomi Pujan of 26 works worth Rs 66.91 crore. Chief Minister Sai announced Rs 5 lakh each for the construction of CC roads in 20 gram panchayats. At the venue, the Chief Minister gave an environmental message by planting saplings and also visited the exhibition organized by various departments. He distributed beneficiary-oriented material to the beneficiaries of various schemes.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao gave a big gift to the Dadri Nagar Panchayat and announced the approval of Rs 1.25 crore for the construction of an office building. He said that all the schemes of the Chhattisgarh government have been made keeping the village, poor and farmer at the center and improving the lives of these sections is the top priority of the government. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said in his address that the double engine government in the state is committed to taking Chhattisgarh to new heights of development. He said that bringing positive change in the lives of all these sections including village, poor, farmer, women and youth is the direction and vision of our government. Food Minister Dayaldas Baghel, MLA Dipesh Sahu, MLA Rohit Sahu, MLA Ishwar Sahu, Chairman of Rajkar Vikas Board Prahlad Rajak and other public representatives and dignitaries were present.
