Chief Minister released Shauryanjali Calendar and Atlas based on the invaluable contribution of the leaders of the people
Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai released the Shauryanjali Calendar based on the invaluable contribution of the tribal leaders in the freedom struggle of India in a program organized at Science College Ground on the occasion of Lord Birsa Munda’s birth anniversary and Tribal Pride Day. The Chief Minister also released the Atlas book related to the recognition of forest rights.
The tribal leaders liberated the country by making invaluable contribution in the freedom struggle of India and sacrificing everything at the feet of Mother India. This calendar has been published by the Tribal Welfare Department to pay tribute to such fighters of the freedom struggle as well as to keep their memory intact. The department has tried to pay tribute to the tribal leaders by remembering their birth day and sacrifice day on the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda and Tribal Pride Day.
On the occasion of the release of the calendar based on the invaluable contribution of tribal leaders, Tribal Development Minister Shri Ram Vichar Netam, Rajya Sabha member Shri Arun Singh, MLAs Shri Purandar Mishra, Shri Anuj Sharma, Shri Moti Lal Sahu, Shri Vikas Markam, Principal Secretary Tribal Development Shri Sonamni Bora, Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri P Dayanand, Director of Culture Department Shri Vivek Acharya, Commissioner Shri Narendra Dugga, Commissioner Raipur Mahadev Kavre along with people from the tribal community and a large number of artists were present.
