Chhattisgarh High Court’s big decision: 74 children get the right to study in school again, orders for immediate admission under RTE

Bilaspur High Court brought back the smile of children!

A historic decision that changed the future of 74 children-The Bilaspur High Court has given a relief decision for 74 children of Chhattisgarh. These children were expelled from three schools of Durg – DPS Risali, DAV Hudco and Shankaracharya School – on July 3 on the orders of the District Education Officer (DEO). But the High Court has overturned this decision and ordered the children to be admitted back to school.

Constitutional right of children-The High Court clearly said that education is a fundamental right of children and it cannot be taken away under any circumstances. This decision is a big relief for the children and their parents. The court has ordered the schools to immediately admit these children back to school and allow them to continue their studies.

Contribution of MP Vijay Baghel-MP Vijay Baghel also played an important role in this matter. He formed a team of lawyers to protect the interests of the children, who pleaded the case in the High Court. This historic decision has been possible only due to his efforts.

DEO’s order cancelled-The High Court has temporarily cancelled the DEO’s order of July 3. This means that these 74 children cannot be expelled from school and their studies will continue without any interruption.

A new hope-This decision is a big hope not only for these 74 children but for all children. It shows that if we raise our voice together, children’s rights can be protected. This decision will prove to be a milestone in strengthening the right to education.
