Effect of active system in Bay of Bengal-According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure area has become active on the coast of West-Central Bay of Bengal and South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh. The upper air cyclone associated with it is also spread to a great height. The Meteorological Department estimates that in the next 24 hours this system will move towards the west-northwest direction, due to which there is every possibility of further intensification of rain activities in Chhattisgarh.
