CG: Voting in Bastar from 7 am, 12.02% voting till now

Raipur. In the first phase of Lok Sabha elections 2024, voting is being held on 102 seats in 21 states of the country on Friday. Voting has started from 7 am in the only Bastar seat of Chhattisgarh. Voting will be held in sensitive areas from 7 am to 3 pm and in normal areas from 7 am to 5 pm. The results will be declared on June 4.

Long queues are visible outside the polling booth since morning. Meanwhile, the Election Commission has released the voting percentage till 9 am. According to the figures given by the Election Commission, 12.02% voting has taken place in Bastar Lok Sabha so far.
