Cg news: Weather changed, heavy rain in Jashpur

The weather patterns have changed in Chhattisgarh. There has been heavy rain with thunder and lightning today in Jashpur’s Bagicha, Pandarapath, Sanna including plateau area and Balrampur area. Unseasonal rain has increased the troubles of the people. There is a danger of damage to Rabi crops due to this. At the same time, due to drop in temperature due to unseasonal rains, people have taken a sigh of relief from the heat.

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in Durg, Bilaspur and Surguja divisions. There are chances of light rain in many districts including Raipur. Due to increase in the amount of moisture in the weather, a slight drop in day temperature has been recorded.

There will be no significant change in the maximum and minimum temperatures of the state for the next 5 days. Korba district was the hottest on Monday with 34.9 degrees. Whereas the lowest temperature was recorded in Ambikapur at 14 degrees.
