Raipur. In order to fulfill another guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Chhattisgarh, under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, for the implementation of Mahtari Vandan Yojana in the state and with the aim of providing benefits to the women of the state under the scheme, today in all the districts of the state. To avail the benefits of this scheme, women are reaching Gram Panchayat, Ward Office, Anganwadi Centre, Project Office and special camps at the places where application forms are submitted in large numbers and submitting their application forms. Apart from this, online application forms are also being filled through the portal.

Mrs. Sunita Yadav of Balodabazar district, who came to submit the form of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, said that the government had promised to give Rs 1,000 per month, which is now about to be fulfilled. Today I have filled the form for Mahtari Vandan Yojana. I will use the money received under the scheme for children’s education and other expenses. For this, he expressed his gratitude to the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and state head Vishnu Dev Sai for starting the Mahtari Vandan Yojana.
Mrs. Teejbai Kamar, a resident of special backward tribe of village Baldakchar of Kasdol development block of Balodabazar district, also reached the nearest Anganwadi today and applied to avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Teejbai said that I earn money by doing daily wages and farming work, now with this I will get Rs 1,000 per month. Which will be my source of additional income. I will use this money for other daily expenses. Teejbai Qamar expressed gratitude towards the Chief Minister.
Lomeshwari Ojha, a resident of Rudri in Dhamtari district, expressed happiness over the Mahtari Vandan scheme and said that this scheme is very beneficial for women. She will use the money received per month from the scheme to meet her own small needs as well as to spend on the needs of her family. The amount received under Mahtari Vandan Yojana will also prove helpful in self-care and health. Kunti Kumbhakar, a resident of Bhatgaon in Dhamtari district, told that her husband works as a potter. She will now use the amount received from the scheme to meet household needs, children’s education and some money to meet sudden needs.
The state government has started the process of collecting forms from eligible women beneficiaries in the district under Mahtari Vandan Yojana with the aim of economic self-reliance, continuous improvement in their health and nutritional status, strengthening their role in family decisions, towards women empowerment. Is. The entire process of filling the application form for Mahtari Vandan Yojana is free. Forms are being filled in Anganwadi Centre, Gram Panchayat Secretary, Child Development Project Office, Ward Office in urban areas. Eligible applicants can submit applications through the portal itself. The last date for receiving applications under the scheme is 20 February 2024. The provisional list will be released on 21 February 2024. Objections to the provisional list can be made from 21 to 25 February 2024. The objection will be resolved from 26 to 29 February 2024. The final list will be published on March 1, 2024 and the acceptance letter will be issued on March 5, 2024 and the amount will be transferred to the eligible female beneficiary on March 8, 2024.
Under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, local resident women of Chhattisgarh are eligible. The age of the married woman should not be less than 21 years as on 1st January of the calendar year of the applicant i.e. the year in which the application is being made. Widows, widows, abandoned women will also be eligible for the scheme. The beneficiary eligible woman will be paid Rs 1000 per month through DBT. Women receiving pension from social assistance programmes, various pension schemes, if the pension amount is less than Rs 1000, the remaining difference amount will be paid. To avail the benefits of the scheme, the eligible female applicant must produce self-attested passport size photograph, residence certificate in case of local resident, ration card or voter identity card document, self and husband’s Aadhar card, if any, self and husband’s PAN card, marriage certificate or certificate issued by Gram Panchayat and local bodies will have to be presented. If no document is available to confirm being married, a self-declaration affidavit can be submitted by the married woman.
In case of widowhood, husband’s death certificate, in case of abandonment, certificate issued by society, ward or gram panchayat and birth certificate, class 10th or 12th mark sheet or transfer certificate, PAN card, voter identity card. Or driving license, bank account details of the eligible beneficiary and photocopy of bank passbook, self-declaration form or affidavit will have to be submitted. If the female beneficiary does not have a mobile number, then instead the photocopy of the ration card will have to be submitted by the beneficiary along with the application form.
