CG NEWS: Smart reading library will start soon

Raipur. The work of the reading library located in Motibagh of the capital is being completed soon on the instructions of Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh. For membership of Reading Library, membership fees can be deposited in Nalanda campus from 23rd February to 27th February. For this library, membership forms are being distributed for Nalanda Campus Library and Central Library from 1 February 2024.

Kedar Patel, nodal officer of Smart Reading Library, said that applicants can ensure their membership by filling the application form and depositing the membership fee in Nalanda campus from 23 to 27 February from 10:30 am to 5 pm. For membership, applicants will have to fill the form and submit the necessary documents and pay Rs 2500. A total of Rs 3000 will have to be deposited including caution money and monthly fee of Rs 500. The amount of Caution Money will be refundable in case of leaving the membership. Applicants who have paid the form and full fee will be given Smart ID of the library from 28th February. Card will be provided. Libraries will be started for members’ study in the first week of March. Books for various competitive examinations are being arranged in the library. In this reading library, 600 participants will be able to sit together and prepare. After Nalanda campus, the reading library to be started in Motibagh campus will be of great help to the participants.
