Got treatment from Medical College Raipur, Sukanti returned home

After the opening of Chief Minister’s Camp in Bagiya, till now 105 needy people have received assistance.

Raipur. On the instructions of Chief Minister Camp Bagiya, Jashpur district administration has taken the initiative for free treatment of 2 year old innocent Rehan Tirkey. Ishwar Tirkey, father of Rihan, a resident of village Nariyardand, a dependent village of Kogabahari Gram Panchayat of Kansabel block of Chief Minister’s home district Jashpur, had sought help in the public darshan organized in the Chief Minister’s camp for help in the treatment of his son. Ishwar Tirkey told that his son has a problem in his mouth since birth. Due to this he is unable to speak. He got a lot of treatment at the local level but there was no benefit. The doctors advised him to be taken to a big hospital for treatment. They got him treated in a private hospital in Raipur, yet Rehan could not speak.

On receiving instructions from Chief Minister Camp Bagiya, the Viva team of the Health Department has examined Rehan. The team has identified 2-year-old Rehaan as suffering from a disease called cleft lip palate. Dr. Arvind Ratre, in-charge of Viva team, said that preparations have been completed for Rehan’s treatment in Raipur. He told that Rehan will be treated free of cost in a private hospital in Raipur. Rehan will soon be sent to Raipur with his family and Viva team. Where he will be treated.

Sukanti returned home after treatment from the medical college.

Mrs. Sukanti Chauhan, her husband Nandkumar Chauhan, who accidentally got burnt by fire while cooking food and became disabled, has returned to her home after treatment at DKS Hospital, Raipur. Both Sukanti’s legs were badly burnt in the fire. After treatment at the local hospital, she became healthy but was unable to walk. On February 3, Sukanti and her husband Nandkumar Chauhan had requested Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai for help in treatment.

On the instructions of the Chief Minister, Sukanti was taken to Raipur by ambulance and admitted to DKS Hospital. Here the doctors successfully operated on Sukanti’s legs. After the operation, Sukanti remained under the observation of doctors for 15 days. Now she is back home and resting. It is expected that soon she will be able to walk like normal people. Sukanti and her husband Nandkumar have expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai for arranging treatment in the medical college. It is noteworthy that after the inauguration of the CM Camp office in Bagiya recently, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai had talked to Sukanti on phone during her treatment at DKS Hospital and inquired about her well being and wished her a speedy recovery.

Till now 105 needy people have received assistance

After the construction of Chief Minister’s Camp in Bagiya on the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, assistance has been provided to 105 needy people who came from Jashpur and other districts of Chhattisgarh with the hope of help. These include many cases like providing ambulance to the injured in road accidents, providing dead bodies along with assistance for treatment. Public darshan is organized daily at CM Camp Bagiya. All applications received are immediately sent to the concerned departments and directed for action.
