Cg news: Rangoli competition on International Women's Day in ITI Kurud

Government Industrial Training Institute Kurud (Dhamtari) has organized a wonderful Rangoli competition on the occasion of Voter Awareness Festival 2024 and International Women’s Day. The main objective of this competition is to make the public understand the importance of voting and also to promote women empowerment in the society. In this unique initiative, women got an opportunity to share the importance of their contribution.
In the competition, the group of Jagriti and Roopa of IT from ICTSM stood first and the group of Renuka and Nandini from COPA “D” stood second.
Principal in-charge of the institution, Archana Bhandarkar congratulated all the participants and encouraged them. All the training officers and employees of the organization contributed in the program. Minati Bej and Mrs. Hemeshwari Sonwani of the organization played the role of judges in the competition.
Voter Awareness Mahotsav 2024 is an approximately 45-day festival running till the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, which aims to motivate citizens for positive participation in the electoral process and promote the importance of expert voting. Under this Mahotsav, various programs are being organized every week, such as Voter Awareness Workshop, Rangoli Competition, Online Voter ID Card Making Workshop, Selfie Session, Poster Competition, Slogan/Slogan Writing Competition, Essay Writing Competition, Quiz, Voter Awareness Reel/Short Video Making Competition, Election Dangal – Street Cricket Competition, Voter Awareness Nukkad Natak, and Voter Awareness Rally.
