CG NEWS: Mahtari Vandan Yojana: More than 46 lakh 22 thousand women filled the application

A large number of applications are being filled for the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana launched by the Chhattisgarh government to promote women empowerment. Under this scheme, 46 lakh 22 thousand 926 applications have been received in the state.
As per the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, applications are being taken from eligible women under Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Women are applying in large numbers to fill the forms across the state. A lot of enthusiasm is being seen among women. Crowds of women have gathered in the camps being set up in all the districts. Women say that with the amount of Rs 1,000 they receive every month from the Chhattisgarh government, they will be able to meet their minor needs and lead a respectable life. Women will get Rs 12000 every year.
