CG NEWS : Deputy Chief Minister provided appointment letters to 135 hand pump technicians

Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister and Public Health Engineering Minister Arun Sao today presented appointment letters to 135 new hand pump technicians selected through competitive examination by the Professional Examination Board (VYAPAAM). They have been posted in rural areas across the state. Sao expressed hope that by increasing the number of hand pump technicians in the department, the system of repair, maintenance and quality control of drinking water will be strengthened. In the program organized at Naveen Vishram Bhawan, Raipur, Secretary of Public Health Engineering Department Mohammad Qaiser Abdulhaq, Director of Jal Jeevan Mission Sunil Jain and Chief Engineer of Public Health Engineering Department Dr. M.L. Agarwal also participated.
