CG News: Corporation Commissioner set out to check the traffic on the busiest routes

Raipur. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra today inspected the crowded roads of the city including Malviya Road in the afternoon to get information about the actions being taken by the Municipal Corporation to implement the instructions given by Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh regarding urban traffic management. The city investment team is advising to organize the traffic on the busiest routes, to keep the sales material at the designated place only and not to park on the road. During the inspection tour, he asked the city investment team to advise them to keep the vehicles in an organized manner within the white line prescribed on the roadside, so that the traffic remains unhindered. He has also directed to make everyone aware to park the vehicles in the nearby parking only.

Commissioner Shri Mishra also took information about the inconvenience being faced by the people due to parking above City Kotwali Marg. He said that businessmen and citizens should park their vehicles only at the parking center built here, so that there is no hindrance in the traffic and the way for the commuters is not obstructed. During the inspection visit, city investment chief Nishikant Verma, assistant engineer Nitish Jha, Sohan Gupta and field staff were with him.
