Treatment of the injured continues in AIIMS, Raipur.

Raipur. CM Camp Bagiya, located in Kansabel block of Jashpur district, has now become a center of hope for the needy of entire Chhattisgarh. In times of trouble, people call here to get help and they also get help.

Something similar happened with Jai Kumar (20 years), a resident of Sitapur in Surguja district. Actually, Jaikumar Barik’s father Suraj Barik, a resident of Khargaon in Sitapur police station area of Surguja district, had become the victim of a bike accident. Jai Kumar suffered serious injuries in his leg and waist in this accident. After first aid at the local health centre, the doctors admitted him to the Medical College, Ambikapur for better treatment. Jai Kumar was referred to AIIMS, Raipur from the medical college. After being referred from the medical college, Jai Kumar’s relatives faced the problem of taking the injured Jai to Raipur. Despite many efforts, he was not able to get an ambulance, so Jai Kumar’s father Suraj Barik called the Bagiya CM camp for help and told him about his problem. Taking the initiative to help, the CM camp directed Surguja Collector Shri Vilas Bhoskar Sandipan to make immediate ambulance arrangements to transport Jai Kumar to AIIMS Raipur. Taking the whole matter seriously, the Collector arranged a free private ambulance for Jai Kumar and took the injured to AIIMS Raipur. Where, arrangements for the treatment of injured Jai Kumar have been made by the CM Camp.

CM camp becomes center of hope

It is noteworthy that on the initiative of CM Camp Bagiya, people from entire Chhattisgarh including Jashpur, the home district of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, are contacting by phone regarding health services and other problems and demands. People are also coming to the public darshan organized here every day. Immediate assistance is being provided to all these needy people. Due to the initiative of CM Camp, till now 125 needy people related to health services have been provided assistance.

For information, let us tell you that Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has shown sensitivity ever since taking oath towards improving health services and ensuring availability of quality and affordable health services to the people. Immediately after assuming the charge of the post of Chief Minister, Mr. Sai had directed the officials to improve the ambulance system in the state. In the first meeting of the Cabinet, strict orders were given to the Health Department to ensure availability of generic medicines in all the health centers of the state. In his first budget, the Chief Minister, to strengthen the health services in the tribal dominated Jashpur district, constructed a well-equipped hospital equipped with modern resources with a capacity of 200 beds in Kunkuri, upgraded 6 sub-health centers to primary health centers, upgraded the district hospital to a model hospital.
