Bundelkhand is the land of heroes, the sacrifice of the heroes cannot be forgotten

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said in the Kisan Maha Sammelan organized in the three-day cultural “Rahs” fair at Gadhakota in Sagar that Bundelkhand is the land of heroes. The sacrifice of heroes cannot be forgotten. Giving a big gift to the farmers, he said that the government will now buy wheat from farmer brothers at the minimum support price of Rs 2600 per quintal. He said that Sagar-Damoh road will be made four lane. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also distributed benefits of various schemes to 5 beneficiaries from the stage.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is working to give respect to the soldiers on the border and the farmers on the farm. The central and state governments are constantly working to double the income of farmers. He said that in the next few years, lakhs of hectares of land in Bundelkhand will be irrigated. He said that farmers should save their land, they will get full benefit of their land and their agriculture will prosper.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the impact of the work done by MLA and former minister Shri Gopal Bhargava is that on the basis of his work, he has remained an unbeatable politician for 9 consecutive times. The government is giving 35 percent reservation in government jobs to sisters in the state. He said that while the government is working to advance the sisters, former minister Shri Bhargava has created a world record by marrying more than 21 thousand daughters. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that till now I had seen only 9 juices, today I have seen the 10th juice as well. The 10th juice that I have received in the joy of this Rahas Mela is amazing. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this year the Madhya Pradesh government will buy wheat from farmer brothers at Rs 2600 per quintal and next year I promise to increase it to Rs 2700 per quintal. He said that similarly a bonus of Rs 2000 per hectare will be given on rice. Similarly, milk producers will also be given bonus.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Modi is fulfilling the dream of former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee of river linking campaign. In this, work is being done to benefit Bundelkhand through Ken-Betba link project. Similarly, river linking campaign will also be started in collaboration with Maharashtra government.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Madhya Pradesh government will give 40 percent subsidy to those setting up food industries. He said that India is the country with the largest youth population in the world. All schemes like Ladli Behna Yojana, Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana run by the Madhya Pradesh government will continue. Taking a pledge for the complete development of Sagar, he said that continuous work is being done for this.

Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Mr. Aidal Singh Kanshana said that Prime Minister Mr. Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav are constantly working for the welfare of farmers. He said that continuous efforts are being made to double the income of farmers. If the farmer is prosperous, the country and the state will be prosperous. Kisan Mela and workshops are being organized continuously to give the benefits of schemes to the farmers.

Damoh MP Shri Rahul Singh Lodhi said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s government is constantly innovating to make Madhya Pradesh a developed state. Work is being done to advance the region by inviting industrialists from the country and abroad to Bhopal-GIS and organizing regional industry conclaves in Bundelkhand, Jabalpur, Rewa, Gwalior to make it a city of industries.

MLA and former minister Mr. Bhargav said “Rahas Mela” is a 220 years old fair. In the year 1990, the then Chief Minister Late Sunderlal Patwa had said to take this fair further. We told the former Chief Minister Late Patwa the entire history of the fair, the then Chief Minister Mr. Patwa had directed to make the fair more prosperous. MLA and former minister Mr. Bhargav said that the government is working to promote the fairs that are on the verge of extinction. The Madhya Pradesh government has continuously worked to make the “Rahas Mela” grand and divine. MLA Mr. Bhargav said that “whether I am there or not”, this Rahas Mela will continue forever.

Minister Mr. Dharmendra Singh Lodhi, MP Mrs. Lata Wankhede, MLA Mr. Bhupendra Singh and other public representatives were present on this occasion. Fair President Mr. Abhishek Deepu Bhargava gave detailed information about the fair in his welcome speech.
