Raipur: DICCI Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) thanks Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who, inspired by the success of Stand-Up India scheme, has announced a scheme to provide term loans of up to Rs 2 crore for the first time to 5 lakh women, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs in the next five years. Earlier, loans up to Rs 1 crore were provided to SC, ST and women under Stand Up India. Our President Padma Shri Dr. Milind Kamble repeatedly recommended to the Finance Ministry to increase the Stand Up India scheme from Rs 1 crore to Rs 2 crore. National President, Padma Shri Ravi Kumar Narra reiterated this in the pre-budget meeting with the Hon’ble Finance Minister. Apart from this, many recommendations of DICCI have been incorporated to promote MSME development. This was said today by Abhinav Satyavanshi, President of DICCI Chhattisgarh Chapter.
