Brahmanpara will get relief: Bhumi Pujan of pipeline extension from Idgahbhata tank was done, work will be done at a cost of 38 lakhs

Prepare for rain along with heat, South MLA expressed deep displeasure over the repeated digging of pits

Raipur – Today, Raipur South MLA Sunil Soni and Raipur Mayor Mrs. Meenal Chaubey, in the capital city Raipur Municipal Corporation area Zone 4, inaugurated the work of pipe line extension from Idgah Bhata Tank to Sarathi Chowk of Brahmanpara Ward at an approved cost of about Rs. 38 lakhs to solve the drinking water crisis in the Brahmanpara Ward, by breaking coconut and using spade in the presence of Water Works Department Chairman Santoshi Seema Sahu, MIC Member Mrs. Sarita Akash Dubey, Amar Gidwani, Zone 4 Chairman Murali Sharma, Ward Councilor Ajay Sahu, former Councilor Prem Birnani, Mandal Chairman Santosh Soni, Vinay Ojha, Raju Birnani, Praveen Devda, Municipal Corporation Zone 4 Zone Commissioner Arun Dhruv, Municipal Corporation Water Works Department, Zone 4 officials and the residents of the ward. Raipur South MLA Sunil Soni and Mayor Meenal Chaubey directed the concerned officials to immediately get the work of pipe line extension done in Brahmanpara ward and connect it to Idgah Bhata tank done on top priority so that the residents of Brahmanpara ward area get relief from drinking water crisis and the drinking water problem can be solved quickly. Raipur South MLA Sunil Soni on this occasion directed the officials and contractors to prepare for the rains that are coming with the current heat. He expressed his deep displeasure to the officials about the repeated digging of pits. He said that after the drinking water problem in Brahmanpara ward came to his notice about 2 months ago, he reviewed it and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials regarding the quick solution of the drinking water problem in Brahmanpara ward.
