Bilaspur's boxing player Poonam won gold medal
Bilaspur. Poonam, a female boxing player from South East Central Railway, Bilaspur, has again hoisted the flag of her country all over the world. Poonam has won the gold medal while representing India in the ASBC Asian Under-22 and Youth Boxing Championship held in Astana, Kazakhstan from 27 April to 07 May 2024.
Poonam, a female boxing player of South East Central Railway, is working as an Account Assistant in the Accounts Department of South East Central Railway Headquarters, Bilaspur. Even before this, Poonam has hoisted the flag of the country and Indian Railways many times in national and international level boxing competitions.
Sports and sportspersons have always been encouraged by South East Central Railway. The result of this is that today in various national and international competitions, the players of South East Central Railway are bringing glory to the country and Indian Railways as well as South East Central Railways.
Poonam, a female boxing player of South East Central Railway, has been congratulated by the General Manager on her excellent performance and achievement in the international level boxing competition and encouraged for even better performance in future.
