Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra has instructed all the zone commissioners to give top priority to the interest of the Municipal Corporation and take strict action against all the big defaulters as per rules. Today, the team of Revenue Department of Municipal Corporation Zone 10, under the leadership of Municipal Corporation Zone 10 Zone Commissioner Dinesh Kosaria and in the presence of the employees of the concerned Zone Revenue Department including Corporation Revenue Officer Vivekanand Dubey, conducted the investigation of Babu Jagjivan Ram Ward No. 53 under Municipal Corporation Zone 10. In the area, the process of serving attachment warrant under Section 175 of Municipal Corporation Act 1956 to Kailash Khemani, proprietor of City Honda Establishment, a big defaulter of Raipur Municipal Corporation, was started. As soon as the attachment process is started, the big defaulter building owner of the Municipal Corporation immediately sends a check of Rs 8 lakh 50 thousand to the team of Revenue Department of Municipal Corporation Zone 10 for the entire dues from the year 2020-21 to the year 2023-24. I have made immediate payment through this and have protected myself from the proceedings of serving the attachment warrant.
