Raipur 30 March 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has congratulated the security forces on the simultaneous surrender of 50 Naxalites in Bijapur district. He said that the positive results of the new surrender and rehabilitation policy – 2025 of the Chhattisgarh government are now clearly visible on the ground. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that people trapped in the vicious circle of Naxalism are now leaving the gun and returning to the mainstream of society, this change is welcome. Our government is ready for the revival of every person who leaves the red terror and chooses the path of peace. Chief Minister Sai also reiterated that this success is the result of the resolve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to eradicate left wing extremism by 2026. Chief Minister Sai said that construction of roads in remote areas, setting up of schools and hospitals under the Niyyad Nella Nar Yojana has ignited a flame of trust and hope towards the government in the Bastar region. Chief Minister Sai said that this is not just surrender, it is a return of trust. Those who were a symbol of fear yesterday are becoming the hope of the future today. Chhattisgarh is now moving ahead on the path of peace, development and new consciousness.
Chief Minister Sai said that as per the resolve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Left Wing Extremism is sure to end by March 2026. Under this, till now more than 2200 Naxalites have been arrested and have surrendered in the state under the double engine government, and till now more than 350 Naxalites have been killed. Chief Minister Sai said that people’s trust in the government has increased due to our government continuously setting up new security camps in remote areas of Bastar division, road construction under Niyad Nella Nar Yojana, expansion of education and health services. Our government is ready for the revival of these people who have left the red terror and returned to the path of peace.
