Ban on illegal plating in Dunda, bulldozer started

Raipur. As per the orders of Raipur District Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Raipur Commissioner Abinash Mishra, today the team of Municipal Corporation Headquarters Municipal Investment Flying Squad and Municipal Corporation Zone 10 Municipal Investment Department, Comrade Sudhir Mukherjee of Zone 10 of Ward No. 54. Under this, the illegal plotting being done by unknown persons on about 5 acres of private land in Durga Vihar Dunda adjacent to Boriyakhurd was stopped by taking strict action through a campaign.
As per the orders of Raipur District Collector and instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Zone 10 under the leadership of Zone Commissioner Ramesh Jaiswal and Municipal Investor Nishikant Verma and presence of Zone 10 Executive Engineer Mr. Dinesh Sinha, Municipal Investment Assistant Engineer Ashutosh Singh, Zone 10 Deputy Engineer Atul Kumar Singh. With the help of 3D and workers, action was taken against illegal plotting done by unknown people on about 5 acres of private land in Durga Vihar Dunda adjacent to Boriyakhurd in Comrade Sudhir Mukherjee Ward area of Zone 10. The illegal Murroom road built by an illegal plotter was cut in 3D. Action was taken to remove DPC of all the plots made for platting. The foundation built was broken in 3D. The route to reach there was blocked. Strict action was taken to immediately disconnect the illegal electrical connections of the under-construction buildings located there with the consent of the electric power company.
Zone 10 Zone Commissioner said that as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner, illegal plotting on about 5 acres of private land in Durga Vihar Dunda adjacent to Boriyakhurd has been banned. Through Zone 10 Municipal Investment Department, a letter has been written to Raipur Tehsildar asking him to provide the information about land owners of private land to Municipal Corporation Zone 10 soon. As soon as the information is received, as per the provision of the Government Act, a named FIR will be lodged against the illegal plotters in the concerned police station to take strict action as per rules.
