Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reached Ambedkar House in London on Constitution Day Paid homage to the statue of Baba Saheb Ambedkar

Bhopal: On Constitution Day, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav garlanded the statue of Dr. Ambedkar at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar House in London and paid tributes to him. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav arrived here with a copy of the Indian Constitution and read out the Preamble of the Constitution along with the members of the delegation that accompanied him. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav wrote his thoughts in the visitors’ book and also visited the museum. It is noteworthy that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar stayed in this building in the year 1921-1922 when he came to London for studies.
Dr. Ambedkar, the best example of moving forward on the basis of one’s ability and competence
On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that if India, the world’s largest democracy, is united today, then a major contribution in this is of revered Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, who recognized the disease in time, which had the potential to cause division or separation in the society. Despite various difficulties, Dr. Ambedkar is the best example of how a person can move forward on the strength of his ability and competence. He made efforts to maintain the unity of the country by understanding the challenges arising from caste differences and inequality.
26 November is the birth anniversary of Dr. Gaur, member of the Constituent Assembly
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the context of Madhya Pradesh, 26 November Constitution Day has special importance because today is the birth anniversary of Dr. Harisingh Gour, founder of Sagar University and member of the Constituent Assembly. Dr. Gour had donated his entire property for the establishment of Sagar University. Sagar University paved the way for the progress of the people of the region by igniting the spirit of education in the Bundelkhand region.
Prime Minister Shri Modi developed places related to Ambedkar’s life as pilgrimage sites
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for developing the places associated with the life of Baba Saheb Ambedkar as pilgrimage sites. He said that through this initiative of Prime Minister Shri Modi, the general public has got an opportunity to know, understand and see the life and thoughts of Baba Saheb Ambedkar.
Justice will be done to the spirit of the constitution only by following the path laid down in the constitution
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that various programs will be organized throughout the year with the aim of making the people of the state aware of the basic spirit of the Constitution. The opportunity to get information about the Constitution is being made available to the general public on the initiative of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Justice will be done to the spirit of the Constitution only when we are imbued with patriotism and follow the path shown in the Constitution. Programs will be held in the state throughout the year on the theme of “Our Constitution – Our Self-Respect”. It is a matter of pride that Prime Minister Shri Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah have called upon the countrymen to take the oath of the Constitution on Constitution Day and celebrate related festivals throughout the year.
The glory of the constitution will be celebrated as a festival
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that programs related to the Constitution will be organized on four pillars. People should be able to understand the Preamble of the Constitution, people should know their Constitution, the hard work, discussions and difficulties faced in making the Constitution should also be made public. Our Constitution is not just a language or an idea, it also has a collection of pictures. This is an attempt to celebrate the glory of the Constitution in the form of a festival.
It is a pleasant coincidence to visit Ambedkar House in London on Constitution Day
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that during his visit to London with the objective of inviting investors and industry groups to the Global Investors Summit to be held in Bhopal in February, it was a happy coincidence that on Constitution Day, he got the opportunity to visit the building where Baba Saheb Ambedkar had stayed during his stay in London.
