Austrian artists sang Vande Mataram to welcome Prime Minister Modi
After a two-day visit to Russia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has now reached Austria for his one-day visit. Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg gave a grand welcome to PM Modi at the airport. After a grand welcome at the airport, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Hotel Ritz-Carlton. There, Austrian artists welcomed him and sang ‘Vande Mataram’. The artists who sang Vande Mataram in front of PM Modi shared their experience. Austrian artist Ibrahim, who sang Vande Mataram in front of PM Modi, shared his experience on this special occasion. He said, the orchestra was preparing for this performance for the last few days. It is an honor for Austria and the Orchestra.
Speaking to the media, Ibrahim said, “It was an unprecedented experience and a great honour for us. I prepared a lot. For the last few days, we were preparing with the orchestra. Even at home, actually, I had to give my best. It was a big occasion for Austria, for us and for the orchestra. On the conversation with PM Modi, he said, “It was amazing. You can see that he really cares about the people. I felt that feeling.”
