Anushka created history by studying where her father teaches, secured top position in 12th

Uttarakhand Board Result: In the 12th examination of Uttarakhand Board, Anushka Rana of GIC Barasi School, Dehradun has topped the entire state by scoring 98.6% marks. The special thing is that Anushka’s father Ramendra Rana is a physics lecturer in the same school where she studied. Her mother is a housewife and her brother is doing B.Tech from IIT Roorkee. Anushka’s brother had studied from ICSE board, but Anushka first studied in ICSE and then took admission in Uttarakhand Board in her father’s school. There she got a lot of help in studies. Anushka used to travel 25-30 kilometers with her father to school every day and her entire time was spent in studies. She is a student of a government school in Dehradun and her native village is Bhaldiyana near Chandrabadni Jamnikhal in Tehri district. Anushka told that she used to study for 6 to 7 hours daily. Even during the exams, she studied for the same number of hours and did not put much pressure on herself.

She believes that one should take breaks in between while studying, this keeps the mind fresh and there is no stress. She has scored 100 out of 100 in both Chemistry and Science. Now she is preparing for NEET and wants to become a doctor. For this, she will work even harder. Anushka has advised all the students that if anyone studies hard and honestly, he can become a topper.

Anushka told that since this morning she was a little anxious about the result, but she did not expect to top at all. She was just checking the result in a normal way, but when the result did not appear for a long time, the state Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat himself called her and congratulated her and gave the news of topping. Anushka said that her family and teachers have a big role in her success, but she got the most inspiration from her elder brother, so she gives the credit for her success to him. Her father Ramendra Rana also told that Anushka has been a hardworking and diligent student since the beginning. There is an atmosphere of happiness in the whole school and area due to his topping and people are coming to his home to congratulate him.
