All-round development of Rewa district is our priority: Deputy Chief Minister Shukla
Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla has said that all-round development of Rewa district is our priority. Along with the construction of roads and bridges, work is being done to connect Rewa district with other cities through railways and airways. With the construction of this bridge in the canal on Rewa-Byohari road, the curve of the road will end and the chances of accidents will also be completely eliminated.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the small bridge to be built on the canal in Amilki at a cost of Rs 4 crore and directed to start the work soon. The construction of the bridge was not included in the development work of Rewa to Shahdol road. The work has been started by giving additional approval, which will be completed by December. The villagers unanimously expressed the need for the construction of the bridge and congratulated Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla for this work.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that DPR is being prepared for making a tunnel in the road in Chuhiya valley of Rewa-Shahdol road. Will soon request Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari for approval.
MLA Gurh Shri Nagendra Singh said that Rewa is being transformed under the guidance of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla. Rewa has received a big gift in the form of Atal Park yesterday, due to which the dream of Rewa residents to have a big park on the lines of a metropolis has come true. Local public representatives, departmental officers and a large number of villagers were present.
