After a courtesy meeting with Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, dismissed B.Ed trained assistant teachers announced the end of their agitation.

Government showed sensitivity, teachers expressed confidence
Raipur 18 April 2025: A delegation of B.Ed. trained dismissed assistant teachers made a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai at his residence office today. This delegation was continuously agitating for 126 days and after today’s cordial meeting and discussion, they announced to end their agitation. Chief Minister Sai, while having a cordial conversation with the teachers, said that you all are members of our family. Your pain is our pain. Understanding your problems, the government is seriously considering this matter with sympathy. He assured that every possible positive effort is being made at the government level to resolve this matter. After meeting Chief Minister Sai, the teachers have decided to end the agitation keeping in mind the sensitivity of the government. On this occasion, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Subodh Singh, Chief Minister’s Secretary P. Dayanand, Chief Minister’s Secretary Rahul Bhagat, Chief Minister’s Secretary Dr. Basavaraju S were present.
