
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that this is India of changing times. The country is writing a new definition of development. Women also have full participation in the development of the country. He said that empowered women are the axis of a developed society. The huge Maha Sammelan to be held on Saturday, May 31 is dedicated to Nari Shakti and through this, the skills and contributions of women in the state will be honored. He said that a unique history will be created on this day in the form of Mahila Empowerment Maha Sammelan, when all the arrangements of this entire Maha Sammelan will be managed by women only. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Mahila Shakti engaged in the management of the Maha Sammelan at Jamburi Maidan on Friday evening. He closely inspected all the preparations of the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Mahila Empowerment Maha Sammelan here. He also inspected the outline and arrangements of the exhibition organized at the venue.
Prime Minister Shri Modi will give many gifts to the state
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reached the venue and discussed with the women appointed for the preparations of the event, guided them and also encouraged them to shoulder the big responsibility of organizing this Maha Sammelan. He said that in honor of Devi Ahilyabai, the great leader of the world’s largest democracy, Shri Narendra Modi, is coming to Bhopal himself on Saturday. On this occasion, Prime Minister Shri Modi will also give many gifts to Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, there should be no shortage in the arrangements for the program. All the arrangements should be completely perfect and those who have been given the work should perform it with full responsibility and dedication.
Devi Ahilyabai taught that one must have strong willpower to achieve something
While giving interesting information to the women about Rani Durgavati, Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai and Rani Lakshmi Bai, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our women power not only ran the government but also sacrificed everything for the country. Devi Ahilyabai had written a new chapter in the governance system. Devi Ahilyabai taught us that we need to have strong will and capability to achieve something. He said that we are moving towards development by preserving the heritage. That golden chapter of the glorious heritage of our past should still come to the fore, so women should come forward and move towards new horizons of development with their efficiency and skill.
Observation of the Ahilyas Development Exhibition of the country
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav observed the extensive arrangements at the venue. After reaching the stage, he took information on all the topics like dias plan, stage management, seating arrangement for women participants, drinking water supply, gallery of dignitaries, media gallery, traffic management, food arrangements, medical and security. He instructed the officials to complete all the arrangements on time and in an orderly manner as per the dignity of the event. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also observed the development exhibition named ‘Ahilyas of the country’ organized at the venue and appreciated the products, household items and other exhibits produced, managed and arranged by women here. He also took selfies with the women while encouraging them.
